On November 21st, the teachers and students of the "Carbon Path CEO" class of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, led by Liu Muqun, the director of the Smart Creation Center of the Smart Energy Institute of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, visited Changzhou Lemeng Pressure Vessel Co., Ltd. for cooperation and exchange. - Precision Machinery Manufacturing Workshop (Phase I, II, and III of Lemo): With over 230 CNC machines, machining centers, and various manufacturing and processing equipment, it provides the "hardcore" support for core equipment in photovoltaic hydrogen production and the broader semiconductor industry. Then, the research team visited the Lemo Metal Mask (Frame Mask) production workshop, which is a key project of Lemo - the "OLED Fine Metal Mask Production Expansion Project", with a total investment of 167 million yuan. Once completed, it will achieve an annual production capacity of 10,000 OLED fine metal masks, significantly enhancing China's independent control capabilities in the upstream of the high-end display industry chain.
- New Energy Pressure Vessels and Vacuum Vessels Manufacturing Workshop (Phase IV of Lemo): Looking up, rows of "steel giants" are taking shape in the super factory with a 18-meter ceiling height. The entire workshop has an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons, with a maximum lifting capacity of 50 tons, capable of manufacturing "giant" containers with a diameter of 8 meters and a length of 80 meters, meeting the "big" demands of the new energy and broader semiconductor industries in one "steel heart". Subsequently, the team visited the Hydrogen Ship Energy Technology Co., Ltd. invested by Lemo, where Chairman Liu Feng showcased the "hardcore" achievements of AEM electrolytic water hydrogen production: 800 mm wide anion exchange membranes, large-sized integrated anodes grown at normal temperature and pressure, and the AEM hydrogen production equipment about to be shipped, drawing the attention and lively discussions of the Carbon Road class students, with sparks of exchange flying.
- Cleaning Test Line (Phase V of Lemeng): The largest semiconductor cavity cleaning, assembly, and processing workshop in China made its debut: within the 35,000 square meters of clean space (class 100, 1,000, 10,000, and 100,000), the class 100 and 1,000 cleaning area, class 10,000 assembly area, and class 100,000 processing area are laid out in a "川" (river) shape with gradient distribution. The environment is maintained at a constant temperature and humidity with real-time monitoring of 0.1 μm particles. This ensures that the core cavities of semiconductor equipment are "cleaner than chips and assembled as precisely as in surgery", passing the ppb-level particle tests of the client in one go, providing a "zero-defect" delivery guarantee for domestic substitution.

Li Jingsheng, the former general manager of State Grid East China Company, and Jin Yaohui, the chief engineer of the Artificial Intelligence Research Institute of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, respectively delivered lectures on "Operation and Control of the New Power System" and "Representative Technologies and Applications of Artificial Intelligence", offering suggestions and strategies for the development of new energy in Changzhou City.
